Terms of Service — Digital Product

Welcome to Salut from Paris (“Website”), operated by Lena Drevermann (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

By purchasing from this Website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and that you will use our products in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Products and Purchases

We sell digital products, including the Paris Blueprint Travel Guide (“Guide”).
Payments are securely processed via Stripe and delivery is managed via MailerLite.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

3. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment, the Guide will be delivered digitally via email as a downloadable PDF.
Please ensure your email address is correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect information.
If you do not receive your Guide, please contact us within 7 days.

4. Refunds & EU Right of Withdrawal

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Under EU consumer law, digital products normally include a 14-day withdrawal right. By purchasing and accessing the Guide immediately, you expressly agree that the digital content is made available to you right away and you therefore waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

5. Intellectual Property & License

All content on this Website and within the Guide is protected by copyright and belongs to Salut from Paris / Lena Drevermann.

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use only.
You may NOT:

  • share, forward, or redistribute the Guide
  • upload it online or make it publicly available
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content
  • copy or modify the content

All rights remain with the author.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use of the Website or Guide
  • misrepresent ownership or authorship
  • violate copyright or licensing terms

7. Limitation of Liability

The Guide and Website are provided “as is.” While care is taken to ensure accuracy, information may change (including pricing, opening hours, travel conditions, transport details, etc.).

We are not liable for:

  • travel disruptions or costs
  • losses arising from reliance on the Guide
  • unavailable services or changes in conditions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

8. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed via Stripe and email delivery is handled by MailerLite.
By purchasing, you also agree to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Updates

We reserve the right to update or revise the Guide or these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting.

(For transparency: Current policy grants previous Paris Blueprint customers free access to the 2nd Edition.)

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
